The Day before

Ok so we have embarked on this challenge of doing "no carbs" for 2 weeks. I decided to take it a step further and have now committed to doing it for the ENTIRE month of February! WHOA!!! This includes no sugar, no bread, no pasta, no rice, no potatoes, NO COFFEE - uggghhh! Only protein and veggies, and non-caffein tea. What in the world have I signed up to do???? So anyway, its the day before - I am going to have at LEAST 2 lattes, definitely eating some bread, maybe some pasta, DEFINITELY a dessert. Will I have time for all this?? I will make time!!

  1. I am doing the "no carb thing" but a less restrictive version. I am on my second week and I am less hungry and have lost weight. Also, oddly enough my digestion is better. I do drink one cup of coffee a day. I put about 2 tablespoons of soy milk in it along with a few splenda. What I did notice is how thirsty I am probably from all that meat. Keep you posted.
